Amana needed a Cityscape stand that could transform ambitious ideas such as sustainable urban planning into something tangible and inspiring for everyone, not just industry experts. Our mission was to translate complex strategies into a fluid, futuristic, and highly engaging experience.
Rather than creating a static exhibit, we designed a guided narrative journey. Caliber engineered a seamless linear pathway that led visitors through immersive thematic zones, each crafted to showcase regional achievements in net-zero development and citizen engagement. Through cinematic 360° projections and intuitive gesture-controlled interactions, the Eamana pavilion became a dynamic, living archive of civic transformation.

Bringing this visionary space to life required precision, speed, and innovation:

The architectural centerpiece was a dramatic 45-degree slanted structure. Its construction demanded absolute accuracy to ensure structural integrity, safety, and stability throughout the event.
With just over a week to complete the entire build, install advanced video systems, integrate sound design, and test interactive elements, every phase had to run in parallel. Teams worked in tightly coordinated, overlapping workflows to meet the launch deadline without compromise.
The experience required seamless communication between physical installations and digital environments. We engineered bespoke solutions to synchronize physical elements such as a treadmill with immersive screen content, ensuring a believable and fluid visitor journey.
We delivered a fully integrated, ready-to-launch environment that placed visitors at the center of the story.
Guests entered a stunning 360-degree projection tunnel that showcased the region’s evolving landscape. An interactive floor, powered by concealed sensors, dynamically responded to movement transforming each step into part of the visual narrative.

Gesture-controlled pillars allowed visitors to explore sustainability insights without physical contact, creating an intuitive and hygienic interaction model.

A custom-synchronized treadmill connected directly to surrounding video displays, enabling visitors to virtually run through key city locations blurring the line between physical presence and digital immersion.

Paper was completely eliminated from the experience. All content was delivered through energy-efficient digital displays, and the pavilion was constructed using eco-conscious modular materials that met strict environmental standards ensuring the build was as sustainable as the vision it represented.
